I think I have warred with myself on each of these topics. Some I have definitely handled better than others. Something I have personally struggled with is finding the balance of communicating problems that I see before they happen and just letting things play out. I can absorb too much responsibility and in turn prohibit others from learning organically which would happen if I wasn’t there. That could sound like I’m complimenting myself in a weird way. I’m not. I’m working to combat it is reminding myself that I’m in the service industry and eliminating short term pain seems to be a poor long term relational strategy. I was looking through Summit’s website just checking to see if they had updated anything recently and I don’t know how I hadn’t come across these videos until now. I wish that they were on YouTube so I could add them to other playlists. I hope you’re off to a great day!
